I have had the opportunity to work with the amazing Farideh Bogari in various projects in LA, Farideh is a dedicated developer and realtor in Los Angeles with a keen eye for architectural details and skillful design sensibility for excellent traditional and modern style homes throughout LA County.
One of these projects is this wonderful modern masterpiece in the lucrative neighborhood of Los Feliz, also known as old Beverly Hills, an area rich in Hollywood panache.
Here are some of the highlights of this beautiful home. The kitchen heart of the home was designed as an open plan with a sleek minimalist layout, defined by dark Italian wood cabinetry, Dekton countertops an ultra-sophisticated clean surface, Thermador appliances and Tom Dickson modern lighting. A room that precedes the pleasure of sharing and entertaining with friends and family.
As you move away from the open kitchen into the dining room and living room you face a panel of fleet wood exterior doors that when fully open it becomes an additional exterior entertaining space with fully equipped BBQ, a cozy fire pit and a beautiful landscape overlooking the hills of LA. An ultimate grand room for entertaining.
The Master Suite was totally reinvented to display a perfect sitting area where you can unwind and relax in front of the sleek slate fireplace. And for the warm LA nights, It has a sitting patio with amazing views, truly a sanctuary in which to escape the outside world when needed. The master bathroom boasts its impressive double sink, soaking tub and artful shower walls as well as wonderful views.
Lastly, this home has a roof deck with breathtaking 360-degree views, encompassing Downtown L.A., the landmark Griffith Observatory, & Hollywood Hills another fascinating area to provide enjoyment and pleasing time with friends and family.

Working with Farideh was a wonderful experience. Transforming an outdated and tired house (photos above) into a stunning modern home was not only a challenge but a labor of love.
